Step 1 - Appointment Type
Scroll and click on the appointment type you need.
Step 2 - Choose an Audiologist
Select an Audiologist from the list that appears below your selected appointment type.
Do not select "Any Available". If you do not know who you want to see, please select the first Audiologist from the list.
Step 3 - Select Date & Time
Click on the day you'd like to come in, then click on the time that works best for you.
Step 4 - Complete Booking
Fill out the patient information form & click "Schedule Appointment" to complete the process. We will call you to verify your details.
